It was lovely on Sunday 4th February when our Holy Communion Service was environmentally themed and included the presentation of our Silver Eco Church Award. Here is our small but dedicated Environment Team with their Silver Eco Award which was presented by Rev Sharon.
Whilst achieving the award was the result of over twelve months work, we need to maintain the standards we have set ourselves in order to keep this level of achievement.
We do this by continuing to raise awareness of environmental issues including local, national and international matters. We will also continue to look for additional environmental endeavours we can do to help tackle the climate emergency and to reduce our carbon footprint.
